Uline seeks a Director of Distribution Operations to lead one of its largest North American distribution operations, spanning over 2.5 million square feet and a 500+ employee workforce. The role sits in Pennsylvania and reports on-site from the warehouse.

Pay ranges from $260,000 to $350,000 per year, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and driving operational excellence to ensure same-day shipping.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations with 400+ team members.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience using KPIs, performance metrics and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, coaching employees to high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and support departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges and implement data-driven improvements.
