Job summary

Uline is seeking a Director of Operations for its Ontario, CA campus to lead a 700+ person organization across multiple teams. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure legendary customer service while overseeing one of North America’s largest facilities.

With 2 million square feet under your leadership, you will partner with corporate leaders to align operations with business goals, recruit and grow senior leaders, and push continuous improvement across all functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+).
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders.
• Strong background in operational leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations.
• Build and lead a team of 700+ employees including senior leaders.
• Drive operational excellence using data and reporting to identify improvements.
