Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a program and project management professional to drive the lifecycle of complex initiatives across people, processes, and technology, including Microsoft Teams Phone Service and SD-WAN/broadband migrations in Ontario.

You will lead planning, coordination, and implementation, engaging with Ministry and Cluster clients and coordinating with vendors to ensure successful migration to new offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ontario Government services migrations.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and SD-WAN migrations.
• Experience leading large-scale voice, network and broadband migrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and migrate clients to new products and services.
• Lead large-scale migrations (over 1,500 locations in Ontario) and vendor engagements.
• Engage with Ministry and Cluster clients throughout migrations.
• Coordinate with IT and telecom teams to meet migration milestones.
