DataWave Corp is seeking a Compliance Officer in a hybrid role based in Ontario, CA. You will own regulatory alignment, translate stakeholder needs into Securities Law strategy, and protect customer experience through notary-related changes.

Bring experience in corporate law, Notary Public fundamentals, and strong communication to influence decisions and outcomes while supporting DataWave’s growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Notary Public certification required or in progress.
• Experience applying corporate law within a compliance context.
• Ability to navigate Ontario regulatory landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Identify issues beyond the playbook and propose solutions.
• Make tradeoffs visible for DataWave to weigh.
• Translate stakeholder requests into a Securities Law plan.
• Maintain CA engine while rebuilding components.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and outcomes.
• Protect customer experience amid Notary Public changes.
• Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot and share knowledge.
