Job summary

A boutique compliance solutions firm in Ontario, CA, is seeking a BSA Compliance Officer to support compliance with federal regulations and oversee BSA/AML processes. The role includes managing compliance risks, supporting the BSA Compliance Manager, and providing backup for AML tasks. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, two years of regulatory experience, and strong communication skills. Competitive salary up to $105K with a full benefits package, available only for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of prior experience in regulatory matters.
• BSA/AML certifications are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State Anti-Money Laundering compliance statutes.

Responsibilities

• Support the BSA Compliance Manager on BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.
• Respond to OFAC escalations and monitor compliance risks.
• Prepare documentation for internal audit and regulatory examinations.
