Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience
• Experience in ergonomics, industrial rehab, or corporate/occupational health settings
• Experience conducting worksite evaluations and ergonomic assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to evidence-based patient care

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and treatment for MSK conditions
• Manage work-related injuries and facilitate return-to-work
• Conduct ergonomic/worksite assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Lead injury prevention and wellness initiatives
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure confidentiality
