Job summary

InterMed, P.A. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our Workplace Health team and provide onsite care at L.L.Bean's employee health clinic in Freeport, Maine.

The role emphasizes occupational health, injury prevention, and ergonomic assessments in a collaborative environment. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, onsite at L.L.Bean, and occasional support for other InterMed PT locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in ergonomics, industrial rehabilitation, or corporate/occupational health.
• Experience conducting worksite evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
• Evidence-based practice and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and functional assessments.
• Examine strength, mobility, posture, balance, and movement patterns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Administer evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrical stimulation.
• Evaluate occupational injuries and conduct ergonomic assessments at worksites.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
