Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Workplace Financial Consultant to deliver on-site financial planning and investment guidance for plan participants, 4-5 days per week. The role requires Series 7 and 66, 3+ years in financial services, and a BA; we'll value experience in education planning and workplace

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience required.
• BA degree required.
• Series 7 and 66 required (or S63/S65).
• 1-2 years of customer facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 financial planning and investment guidance to plan participants, both virtually and in-person.
• Engage with plan sponsors and HR representatives to strengthen client relationships.
• Educate participants on core financial topics through onsite workshops and sessions.
• Travel to client sites and manage ongoing engagement with workplace clients.
