Qualifications

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 on hire.
• CFP or degree helpful; tuition reimbursement to obtain one if needed.
• Ability to present complex solutions to knowledgeable clients while building rapport.
• Coachable, collaborative, and client-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with clients in the Investor Center, providing mentorship and personalized planning.
• Expand the firm’s reach by nurturing relationships with an existing client base and presenting investment strategies.
