Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Indiana is seeking a Workplace Financial Consultant to service local campuses onsite 4–5 days a week. You will provide 1:1 financial planning and group sessions, applying Fidelity's client‑centered approach to help participants make informed decisions.

Requirements include 3+ years in financial services, BA, and licenses (Series 7/66 or equivalents). Travel up to 50% may be requested as you collaborate with plan sponsors and workplace partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience required.
• BA degree required.
• Series 7 and 66 required (or S63/S65).
• Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 financial planning and investment advice to plan participants, in person or virtually.
• Apply Fidelity Relationship Model during participant interactions.
• Lead onsite workshops and sessions to educate participants on financial topics.
• Engage in ongoing planning with plan sponsors and employers.
• Network at benefits fairs and with local branch partners to expand outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships to strengthen workplace partnerships.
