Fidelity Investments seeks an Executive Planning Consultant to serve senior executives within Workplace Investing. You will be the primary advisor, integrating workplace benefits with comprehensive financial plans to help clients meet short- and long-term goals.

Ideal candidates have Series 7/66, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of selling to high-net-worth individuals. CFP preferred; CEP Level 1 encouraged within 12 months. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within 12 months is encouraged.
• Minimum of 10 years of face-to-face investment sales and financial planning experience.
• Proven sales success in financial services and prior work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders.
• Act as primary relationship manager for a select group of executives and provide personalized financial planning and retirement income strategies.
• Deliver investment guidance and asset management support integrated with workplace benefits.
• Drive client engagement, growth, and satisfaction through reviews, seminars, and events.
