Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to join our Burbank office and production studio team. This onsite role focuses on creating a welcoming, organized environment and coordinating guest arrivals, events, catering, and day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with People, Production, IT, Facilities, and vendors to ensure a smooth employee and guest experience, while maintaining spaces and supplies and supporting studio activities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Warm, polished, and professional presence with a strong hospitality and service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, talent, guests, vendors, and production partners.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office and studio environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Burbank office and production studio, ensuring spaces are organized, welcoming, stocked, and ready to support employees and guests.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee workplace inquiries and requests, providing responsive, service-oriented support and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Coordinate arrivals for talent, production guests, vendors, and visitors, including parking, directions, building access, and studio information.
• Arrange catering, lunches, snacks, beverages, and other hospitality needs for employees, meetings, productions, and events.
• Support planning and execution of employee events, celebrations, meetings, office gatherings, and studio activities.
