This role blends office management with studio support, requiring strong service orientation, multitasking, and collaboration with People, Production, IT, and Vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in workplace operations, office management, or related role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Warm, polished, professional hospitality and service mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, talent, guests, vendors, and partners.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as production schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Burbank office and production studio.
• Serve as primary contact for employee workplace inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate arrival details for talent, guests, vendors, and production partners.
• Oversee catering, lunches, snacks, beverages, and hospitality needs.
• Plan and execute employee events, meetings, and studio activities.
• Maintain office and studio supplies and equipment; monitor inventories.
