Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an ERP Application Analyst to ensure efficient ERP delivery, focusing on Workday-related processes, maintenance, and production support. The role requires ERP development expertise, strong problem solving, and collaboration with IT and healthcare stakeholders.

The position is onsite near the Texas Medical Center and requires residency in the Greater Houston area. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and ERP/PeopleSoft experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of progressive ERP experience, with Oracle databases.
• PeopleSoft (HCM or Financial) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools and ERP business processes (e.g. supply chain, HR, payroll).

Responsibilities

• Proactively provides second level ERP support to resolve help desk tickets.
• Designs, develops, tests, documents and supports ERP applications and reports.
• Troubleshoots ERP issues and implements continuous improvements.
• Assists in planning upgrades and new integrations/interfaces.
• Collaborates with IT and clinical/administrative stakeholders to ensure system reliability.
