Job summary

Mount Sinai seeks an onsite Health Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and well-woman services at the onsite employer health center. The role reports to the Medical Director and collaborates with business and operations teams to develop clinical campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of adult primary care experience, NY NP licensure, NP certification, and DEA/BLS credentials, with strong EHR skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• New York State NP license with current registration.
• National Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner (or Advanced Practice Nursing as required).
• DEA certificate and BLS certification are required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant primary care NP experience.
• Collaborative Practice Agreement with a physician if less than 3600 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care including well-woman care and preventive services.
• Collaborate with business and clinical teams on campaigns and improvements.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure clear communication with specialists.
• Support practice operations, policies, and patient experience initiatives.
