Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking an Onsite Health Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and well-woman services at our employer health center. This role reports to the Medical Director and emphasizes an excellent patient experience and collaboration with business and operational teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of primary care experience, NY NP licensure, and a collaborative practice agreement where required.

Qualifications

• New York State License with current RN registration.
• State Certification as NP with current registration.
• Collaborative Practice Agreement with physician if applicable.
• DEA certificate and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care in the onsite health center, including in-person and virtual visits.
• Assist patients to understand tests, treatments, costs, and benefits.
• Initiate referrals and maintain communication with specialists for continuity of care.
• Develop wellness offerings and health campaigns in the workplace.
• Support clinical operations, policies, and procedures.
