Job summary

Langham Logistics is seeking a WMS Systems Specialist to serve as the on-site SME for the Manhattan SCALE platform and adjacent supply chain technologies. The role bridges floor operations and system logic, troubleshooting real-time issues, optimizing configurations, and ensuring maximum uptime and data integrity.

You will lead UAT, collaborate with floor leadership, and support hardware like RF scanners and printers. A strong background in WMS, 3PL, and regulated environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years direct hands-on WMS experience (Manhattan SCALE preferred).
• Experience in 3PL or regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Cold Chain) is a plus.
• Education: HS diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, MIS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site SME and Tier 1 support for Manhattan SCALE and related systems.
• Troubleshoot real-time transactional errors and optimize configurations (slotting, allocation, wave planning).
• Lead UAT and coordinate with floor leadership to ensure uptime and data integrity.
• Configure interfaces between Manhattan SCALE and third-party systems/ERPs and monitor data flows.
