Job summary

Langham Logistics seeks a proactive WMS Systems Specialist to anchor the warehouse management ecosystem onsite. You will resolve SCALE-related issues, optimize configurations, and partner with floor leadership to maximize uptime and data integrity.

You’ll lead UAT, draft BRDs for improvements, and bridge operations with IT for continuous workflow enhancements in a regulated, cold-chain capable environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years hands-on WMS experience; Manhattan SCALE preferred, or equivalent advanced WMS exposure.
• Experience in 3PL distribution or regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device, Cold Chain) is a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, MIS, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Manhattan Associates training certification or WMS Super-User recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site SME and Tier 1 support for the Manhattan SCALE platform and related supply chain technologies.
• Troubleshoot real-time transactional errors, optimize system configurations, and ensure data integrity.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for patches and upgrades, document BRDs for enhancements.
• Collaborate with floor leadership to minimize downtime and improve operational metrics.
