Job summary

Langham Logistics is seeking a proactive WMS Systems Specialist to serve as the on-site SME for the Manhattan SCALE platform and related warehouse technologies. You will act as the primary on-site contact, troubleshoot real-time issues, and partner with floor leadership to ensure high uptime and accurate data across all warehouse operations.

You will configure WMS settings, manage slotting and wave planning, and drive BRD creation for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• WMS experience in distribution or regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience with live system support and issue triage on the warehouse floor.
• Familiarity with UAT, BRDs, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 on-site support for Manhattan SCALE and related systems.
• Monitor data flows between SCALE and ERP/third-party systems.
• Configure and support warehouse hardware (RF scanners, terminals, printers).
• Lead UAT for patches and upgrades to avoid live disruptions.
• Collaborate with floor leadership to maximize uptime and data integrity.
