Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Culver City, CA is seeking a hands-on Wiring Harness Technician to support the setup of internal QA test harnesses. The role emphasizes low-voltage wiring, meticulous documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will build test wiring harnesses, route Cat6 and other wires, perform basic testing for continuity, and track wiring movements using Google Sheets, Jira, and Google Workspace, collaborating closely with engineering and QA.

Qualifications

• Low-voltage wiring and harness assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and install test wiring harnesses for internal QA.
• Cut and run Cat 6 and other low-voltage wires to devices/cutting Cat6 wire and wiring to devices.
• Perform basic testing (continuity, low-voltage).
• Document wire movements and inventory using Google Sheets.
• Use Jira and Google Workspace for task tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams.
• Running wire, cutting wire, wiring setup.
• May have to run test
• Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions
• Experience working with access control or cameras is a plus.
• Terminal experience is a plus because they can have them run test if needed.
• Terminal experience means someone with Linux terminal experience, Mac terminal experience is also acceptable
