Job summary

MANTECH in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join our onsite team. You will support the installation, operation, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations, including virtualization components, backups, and antivirus tools.

Responsibilities include managing users, deploying images, troubleshooting problems, logging tickets, and coordinating tasks to meet customer schedules. DoD 8570 certification within 6 months and TS/SCI clearance are required or pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with IT experience
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Windows 10
• DoD 8570 certification required within 6 months
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to poly
• Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy or ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations on-site and remotely
• Perform Windows system admin tasks: add/remove users, file restores, software installs
• Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnose issues
• Log tickets and follow SOPs in the ticketing system
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks to meet customer schedules
