Sentry Electrical Group, Inc is seeking a Project Safety Supervisor for a wind project near Wolcott, Indiana. The role is on-site, demanding boots-on-the-ground safety leadership across the crew and subcontractors on daily operations.

You will deliver site safety orientation, observe work, halt operations when needed, and coordinate with the Safety Director to maintain OSHA and project documentation. Per diem eligible and benefits provided.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of safety supervision or safety technician experience on active construction or industrial sites.
• Current OSHA 500 (Construction Outreach Trainer) certification, or OSHA 510 with ability to complete OSHA 500 within 30 days of hire.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Ability to climb wind turbine towers to heights of 200-400 ft and complete climb training.
• Proficiency with safety reporting and site documentation.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day safety oversight for the full duration of site operations.
• Deliver site-specific safety orientation and training on project safety plan and requirements.
• Walk the site to identify hazards and gaps in safety execution.
• Stop work when needed and drive corrective action to closure.
• Lead safety meetings, daily huddles, and hazard analyses with subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents and maintain incident reporting and OSHA records.
