Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Vienna, VA is hiring a Part Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy to onsite employees and their dependents. You will join a collaborative team and deliver patient-centered care at our Health Center in Vienna.

Schedule includes Monday 7:30a–4:30p (8 hours/week) with additional shifts available at McLean and Winchester centers. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a 401(k) with company match, wellness programs, EAP, and access

Qualifications

• License to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Current board certificate if applicable.
• Degree from accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR/BLS certification meeting required standards.
• At least three years of outpatient PT experience; outpatient orthopedic exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Center staff to promote health and wellness for onsite employees and dependents.
• Assess, evaluate, and develop patient-specific treatment plans per APTA standards.
• Provide direct access to PT services and perform high-skill interventions as needed.
• Document patient care and participate in care meetings with stakeholders.
• Engage in continuing competence activities and optional grand rounds.
• Work with safety officers, ergonomists, HR, and vendors to improve employee safety.
• Develop and deliver injury prevention and health promotion programs.
