Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist at our Vienna, VA Health Center. This role supports onsite employees and dependents, with an 8-hour weekly schedule (Mon 7:30a–4:30p) and opportunities for additional shifts at nearby centers in McLean and Winchester.

Responsibilities include collaboration with clinicians, applying current PT research, promoting direct access to therapy, and documenting patient care in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• All state licenses/certifications to practice.
• Current board certificate (if applicable).
• Degree from accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School.
• CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider) certification must include hands-on skills evaluation.
• At least three years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Center staff to promote health and wellness.
• Follow APTA standards and apply current research to treatment plans.
• Provide direct access to PT services and practice at highest skill level.
• Document and report to onsite and community referral sources.
