Job summary

Wellness Workdays seeks a passionate EMT/Paramedic to provide onsite injury management and one-on-one health coaching for workers at construction sites. The role focuses on promoting a healthy culture and engaging employees with wellness offerings.

The candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador, work with safety committees, and support health promotion initiatives, with onsite responsibilities Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic with 1-2 years of experience and health education training.
• Cardiac care/CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and acute services at construction sites.
• Lead health coaching and one-to-one interventions for workers.
• Promote wellness education with safety committees and foremen.
• Conduct health risk assessments and biometric screenings (training provided).
• Deliver warm-up sessions and monitor health behavior change using coaching software.
