Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc is seeking a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On‑Site Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention, on-site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams. This role is part-time with Monday and Tuesday 7a–5p in Aurora, CO, offering a dynamic field environment and autonomous work backed by a clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications, 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and care coordination.
• Engage with on-site staff and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication.
• Provide psychosocial support and ergonomic coaching as a site resource.
• Document interactions in the EHR and maintain on-site facility readiness.
• Assist with orientations, trainings, and safety-related tasks.
