Motorola Solutions Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Onsite WAVE VoIP Engineer to oversee maintenance, support, and upgrades of the WAVE system. The role requires working onsite, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate has strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, plus a U.S. citizen status with the ability to obtain public trust clearance. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of technical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance issues for WAVE VoIP systems.
• Provide system support, updates, and feature releases for WAVE.
• Coordinate with Motorola Solutions teams and customers for issue resolution.
• Manage licenses, user accounts, and security certificates for WAVE.
• Lead technical resources for resolution of open Customer Service Requests.
