Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Onsite WAVE VoIP Engineer to be the primary contact for all WAVE technical issues, stationed onsite in Washington, DC. You will oversee maintenance, coordinate upgrades, and ensure system performance while collaborating with Motorola teams and the customer. A U.S.

citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance are required. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of technical experience.
• Experience with VoIP networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for WAVE technical issues onsite in Washington, DC with customer teams.
• Oversee maintenance, issue resolution and coordination of WAVE system updates.
• Provide system support, maintenance, and updates of the WAVE System.
• Coordinate upgrades with customers' management and Motorola Solutions teams.
• Test backups, monitor system performance and ensure continuity of operations.
• Communicate resolution of major system problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
