Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an onsite Service Representative in Atlanta, GA to service industrial water treatment systems. The role requires 2+ years of industrial service/maintenance experience and is contract to hire with first and second shifts, transitioning after a 90-day ramp to 3 12-hour shifts plus a 6-hour day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of service/maintenance in an industrial environment preferred.
• Bachelor or Associates degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical maintenance cert preferred.
• Experience with PLC control systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Water treatment operations or industrial services experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or training technician-level personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, repair and optimize industrial equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.).
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; manage site paperwork and detailed technical summaries.
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as motors, PLCs, VFDs, valves, compressors, pumps, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with customer management and operations teams on system performance and maintenance.
