Job summary

Wastebits is seeking a full-time Onsite Sustainability Supervisor to support environmental services in Milwaukee. This role manages daily sustainability tasks in a large-scale manufacturing environment ensuring compliance and optimizing waste workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Experience in identifying hazardous materials and chemical risks.
• 1-3 years in waste management, environmental services, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plant floor inspections to identify environmental compliance risks.
• Submit daily reports on waste generation and recycling activities.
• Inspect Hazardous Waste Storage Areas for compliance.
• Monitor scrap material bins and coordinate pickups.
• Provide guidance to associates on sustainability tasks.
