Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team at the Whitestown, Indiana facility. You will direct warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and records management for controlled substances with RF equipment support as needed.

The role requires superior leadership, coaching, organizational skills and a focus on safety and DEA compliance. Expect extended hours and participation in weekend on-call rotation to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Normally requires a minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in coordinating warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Directs workflow and motivates, trains and monitors warehouse associates.
• Monitors processes, suggests productivity improvements and implements changes.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coaches employees to support development within the role.
