Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage onsite operations at our Whitestown, IN facility. You will direct workflow, supervise receiving, packing, and shipping, and ensure accuracy in records and inventory while upholding safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching of staff.

Onsite position with a Monday–Friday shift; flexibility may be needed to meet business needs. Experience with RF devices, ERP systems, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and motivates warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Maintains accurate records of shipments, inventory, and orders.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coaches employees to support development and performance.
• Maintains detailed records for controlled substances and packaging quality.
