The 7-month contract involves supporting inbound/outbound warehouse processes, maintaining strict quality and patient-safety standards, and updating WMS/ERP records daily. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with no prior experience required, though a 5-year regulated-warehouse background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
• No prior experience required (entry level).
• 5 years of experience in a warehouse role within a medical or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes inbound goods receipt with focus on quality and patient safety, complying with customs and quality controls.
• Updates transactions in WMS/ERP systems as part of daily processes.
• Handles storage processes including counts, verifications, movements and environmental controls, updating inventory accordingly.
• Performs outbound picking/packing/shipping with attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance; checks SAP/TMID/WMS interfaces for data accuracy.
• Works with maintenance to calibrate and service warehouse machinery; assists in configuring new WMS/automation setups.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and coordinates with maintenance for escalations.
• Documents maintenance and inventory activities for audits and performance reviews.
• Coordinates inbound logistics with carriers and inspects incoming shipments for discrepancies.
• Collaborates to optimize layout/workflow and supports lean/automation initiatives.
