Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics (DCSL) seeks a Warehouse PM to oversee physical warehouse execution at an assigned facility, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of customer equipment from inbound to final load-out. You will coordinate with the Program PM and field crews, supervise third-party teams, and keep the WMS and equipment digital twin aligned with the floor.

This role requires strong organizational skills, forklift certification, OSHA knowledge, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with direct movement of physical goods.
• Experience directing third-party rigging/handling crews.
• Forklift certification and related lifting equipment credentials.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe handling practices.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process coordinating offload, receiving, and staging on arrival.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, and logistics teams; ensure safety and timelines.
• Dispatch from approved provider bench; verify active providers and current insurance.
• Report site utilities, HVAC, docking equipment, and security issues to Facilities Ops.
• Direct physical organization of the warehouse including staging plans and storage layout.
• Oversee load-out operations; ensure timely, accurate product release.
• Document inspections; report damage or discrepancies per protocols.
• Enforce safety standards across all warehouse activity.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Maintain real-time WMS/digital twin accuracy of product location and movement.
• Conduct regular inventory audits; support new site launches and onboarding.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in workflows.
• Be willing to travel to other DCSL locations as required.
