Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Specialist for the PM shift in Findlay, OH. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour. This role blends administrative tasks with hands-on warehouse support, including receiving, inventory accuracy, documentation, and customer operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and able to work with teams to keep operations running smoothly. You will use WMS, Excel, and Outlook to track data, prepare reports, and support daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, shipping, or warehouse administration preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working with a WMS or inventory management system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory data within warehouse management systems.
• Process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support customer operations and work closely with warehouse leadership.
• Collect, verify, and report operational data accurately and on time.
• Identify and report defective materials, safety concerns, and process issues.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and review operational priorities using SQDCM boards.
• Follow company safety, quality, LEAN, and 5S standards.
• Assist with training team members on processes and procedures.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvement.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as needed.
