The role emphasizes process improvements and on-site leadership when managers are away. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control or logistics, plus strong knowledge of inventory systems and audits, with WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily service center operations to ensure alignment with customer requirements and the full scope of projects.
• Independently leads inventory operations, including receiving, put away, picking, and shipping of equipment.
• Maintains inventory integrity and ensures compliance using the inventory management system.
• Supervises on-site activity and maintains facility operations when leadership is not on-site.
• Provides feedback to leadership on process improvements, warehouse layout optimization, and operational enhancements.
