Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an onsite Warehouse/Logistics staffer in Mebane, NC. You will sort, store and pick components, pack pallets for dispatch, and perform routine warehouse tasks following established procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, up to 1 year in manufacturing, and familiarity with basic tools. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge and use of basic tooling and hand tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs and use a ladder when needed.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Sort and arrange material for storage following guidelines.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.
• Execute routine warehouse activities according to procedures.
• Transport boxes and handle various warehouse tasks.
