Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of 5S: sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain.
• Ability to safely use PPE and operate lifting devices.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing feedback to management and recommends improvements related to production line performance, organization, shifting priorities, and emerging critical issues.
• Supports management in executing staffing adjustments due to vacations, illnesses, equipment outages, or shifting production needs.
• Reinforces team focus on achieving production volume targets, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Assists management and shift teams with resource allocation, coordination of shift orders, and oversight of work plan execution across production lines.
• Serves as the shift leader, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely resolution of technical, quality, and logistical issues.
