Job summary

Grainger in Patterson, CA is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inbound/outbound warehouse tasks and inventory integrity. This on-site role reports to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Shift: Days, Mon-Fri, 9:15am to 8:00pm. Pay starts at $22/hour with raises to $23.20/hour; PIE and overnight premiums may apply. Benefits include health insurance from day one, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, quality, and safety are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical lifting assessment.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with OSHA rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
