Job summary

Grainger is hiring for a warehouse leadership role onsite in Patterson, CA. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and help ensure accurate receipt of products, accurate order fulfillment and efficient resource use.

You will analyze workflow, safety and quality metrics while maintaining company policies. The role requires 2+ years of supervisor experience in a high-volume warehouse, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience in high-volume, multi-shift warehouse.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring accurate receipt of product and order fulfillment.
• Analyze workflow, quality, cycle time, safety and optimize resources.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and internal audits.
• Provide coaching and development to team members and conduct evaluations.
