Job summary

Grainger, a leading MRO distributor, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate for an onsite role in Albuquerque, NM. The position features a shift from 11am to 5pm, with competitive hourly pay and plus-ups for PIE operation and overnight shifts.

You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, ensure accuracy and safety, and work with a team to meet production goals. Benefits begin on day one, including health plans, PTO, retirement contributions, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and lifting assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with OSHA and safety rules.
• Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with teammates.
