Job summary

Grainger is seeking an onsite Distribution Center Associate in Anchorage to support inventory integrity, order processing, packing, and shipping. This role reports to a DC Supervisor and requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Day Shift: Part Time (30 hours per week), Mon-Fri, 10 AM–5 PM. Benefits begin day one, with opportunities for raises and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments and safety procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace per OSHA rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
