Grainger, a leading broad line distributor, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Perris, CA. The role focuses on warehouse duties including inbound/outbound tasks, picking, packing, and maintaining safety and accuracy to meet customer expectations.

You will report to a DC Supervisor, work Monday to Friday 8:30 am until close, with potential overtime. The position offers benefits from day one, including health plans and a 401(k) plan, reflecting Grainger's commitment to its team members.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical lifting assessment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and working around moving equipment.
• Great attention to detail and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area per OSHA and HazMat rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
