Job summary

Blink UX is seeking a UX Designer for an onsite engagement supporting one of Blink's clients in Charlotte, NC. The role runs 3–4 months and involves leading end-to-end design for enterprise agent experiences, translating business needs into intuitive workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accessible, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise software or similar context.
• Experience designing complex workflows, platforms, or developer tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX design, user research, and workflow prototyping.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of AI, agent-based experiences, or intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery, for enterprise agent experiences.
• Translate complex business and user needs into clear, intuitive workflows and product experiences.
• Gather and synthesize user insights through research, testing, and feedback.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate solutions effectively.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency through established design standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Present recommendations, build stakeholder alignment, and facilitate design workshops.
• Measure and refine experiences using usability findings, analytics, and customer feedback.
