Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Charlotte (Malvern) is seeking a UX/UI Engineer with 8–11 years of experience to design, implement, and deploy accessible, responsive interfaces for enterprise applications and AI agent solutions on AWS.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, AI engineers, architects, and backend teams to deliver scalable, user-centric UI solutions using React, Angular, TypeScript, and modern prototyping tools.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Proficiency in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD and creating reusable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, AI engineers, architects, and backend developers.
• Conduct UX research, user journey analysis, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Translate requirements into effective UI/UX solutions and reusable components.
• Build front-end apps with React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG-compliant designs across products.
• Integrate front-end with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.
• Support AI agent interfaces and micro-frontend patterns.
