Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of line experience or equivalent.
• Class A Commercial driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction and repair of distribution lines (overhead and underground).
• Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.
• Champion safe work practices and insure compliance with safety rules.
• Work to ensure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
• Manage multiple activities and inputs simultaneously.
• Organize work and direct crews in varying conditions, including storms.
• Motivate and influence a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce.
• Assume Line Supervisor duties in the supervisor's absence.
• Assist in network operations, storm restorations, and contract crew directions.
