Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Unified Communications Engineer to join our team onsite in Chantilly, VA. You will design, implement, and maintain mission-critical voice, video, and networking solutions within a secure environment.

The role requires CCNA or higher, IAT II, and experience with VoIP/VTC, QoS, and Cisco tools. Expect hands-on upgrades, system patching, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams to ensure RMF compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant UC/VoIP experience.
• CCNA certification and IAT II or higher are required.
• Experience with converged Voice/VTC in Windows LAN/WAN environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform firmware and hardware upgrades to deliver UC services.
• Analyze metrics and ensure schedule compliance with customer guidelines.
• Identify operational risks and present mitigation recommendations.
• Resolve voice and video issues with vendor VTC systems.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to satisfy requirements and maintain certifications.
• Plan and coordinate voice/data installations and RMF patching.
