Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Content Creator to bring brands to life through authentic, entertaining, and high-performing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid social. You’ll be involved from idea to execution—appearing on camera, creating content, and learning from performance.

We’re looking for a creator with 1–3+ years of experience, a strong on-camera presence, and a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to engage audiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience creating social media, UGC, influencer, or branded content.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content required.
• Experience with basic filming, lighting, audio, or editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Appear on camera as host or talent depending on the concept.
• Deliver natural, engaging performances that feel authentic.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, and Producers to develop concepts and angles.
• Stay ahead of trends and adapt content to platform culture.
