Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a creative Video Content Creator in Glendale, CA (Onsite) to develop engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms. You will concept, shoot, and edit content from brainstorm to final cut, collaborating with a team to deliver polished brand pieces as well as authentic lo-fi social clips.

Portfolio must demonstrate personal shooting and editing of recent work. Experience with platform-native formats, hooks, pacing, and on-camera delivery will help you

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in video content creation or related role.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form videos you shot and edited.
• Hands-on experience from concept to post-production.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly creative, social-first Video Content Creator to join a collaborative team supporting leading home and lifestyle brands. This hands-on role is focused on concepting, shooting, and editing engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for trends, pacing, hooks, and platform-native editing. You should be comfortable taking video concepts from brainstorm to final cut, capturing content in studio and on set, and creating everything from polished brand videos to authentic, lo-fi social content.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and can translate creative ideas into compelling video that drives engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels
• Own the video production process from initial brainstorm and storyboarding through filming, editing, and final delivery
• Create engaging edits using strong hooks, pacing, transitions, sound, captions, text overlays, and platform-native formats
• Shoot content on set and in office/studio environments using professional equipment and mobile devices, including iPhone
• Develop product-focused videos, lifestyle content, demonstrations, tutorials, and trend-driven social videos
• Stage products, props, and environments to support compelling video storytelling
• Identify emerging social trends, audio, and editing styles that can translate into brand content
• Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy that capture attention and encourage engagement
• Collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to bring briefs to life while maintaining brand consistency
• Appear on camera or direct talent when needed
• Review social performance and audience insights to inform future video concepts and creative decisions
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in video content creation, social video production, or a related creative role
• A strong portfolio or reel showcasing short-form video content you personally shot and edited
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end video production, from concept development and filming through post-production
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social video formats, trends, and editing styles
• Excellent instincts for storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, captions, and visual hooks
• Experience creating both polished, brand-led videos and authentic, lo-fi social content
• Strong composition, lighting, product staging, and visual storytelling skills
• Comfortable working on camera and/or directing talent when needed
• Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging video concepts while contributing original ideas
• Experience with home, lifestyle, consumer products, or similar consumer-facing brands is a plus
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

Portfolio or reel is required. Please include examples of short-form videos and clearly identify your direct contributions, particularly your role in concepting, filming, editing, and post-production.

Location: Fully onsite in Glendale, CA, Monday–Friday. You’ll work within a collaborative creative pod, with opportunities to brainstorm, film on set, and create video content across a variety of environments.
