Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator (Intermediate-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. The role delivers critical voice, video, and data communications support across Army networks, working with network engineers, systems admins, and cybersecurity professionals to maintain and optimize UC and related infrastructure.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, an Active DoD Secret Clearance, DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher, and non-remote

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and DoD security clearance required.
• IAT Level II DoD certification or higher required.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT and communications.
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba networking.
• Experience with VoIP and Unified Communications systems.
• Baseline certification within 6 months if not already obtained.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership to Network Support personnel.
• Mentor team members to enhance knowledge and service delivery.
• Coordinate activities across network operations and support teams.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Support Cisco Call Manager and Unified Communications systems.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Call Managers, Gatekeepers, Gateways, VoIP equipment.
• Maintain server hardware and operating systems.
• Use Cisco, Juniper, Aruba tech to manage enterprise network.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure service delivery.
